First you have to fill out the property details. South Orange makes this really easy by allowing you to search for your address.

When you search for your address, it will automatically populate information in the first two sections.

Under Property Details, you will have to disclose whether or not the property is a corner property.

Under Property Owner Details, you will have to add the best phone number and email address to reach you at. That way, South Orange can contact you about your status and if they have any questions.

The next short section is for the applicant details. If you are applying for your permit yourself, you would include your information there.

We at Artistic Fence will apply for your permit for you for an added fee. Then we would fill out this section with our information. But you should always use your details if you are filling it out yourself!

Contractor Details

This next section is not required, but it’s good to add if you know who will be installing your fence. In this section you can enter the contractor:

This is helpful if the Zoning Office has any questions or needs to contact your contractor at all during the process.
